MindShield is a fully integrated trauma-centered intervention that delivers an efficient and empowering way to mitigate acute stress, burnout and trauma. Rooted in mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, our researched-backed and integrative intervention utilizes validated methodologies. 

MindShield is not a typical mental health solution or a traditional therapy, but a fully integrated training which teaches the mental tools to combat Stress & Burnout.

MindShield uses proven and easy-to-use techniques that empower you and help decrease your Stress Response. Once you are in a conscious state of mind (the Executive Brain), you can make better decisions in stressful situations and decrease negative effects on your relationships, your health, and improve your mental balance.

MINDSHIELD RESEARCH

MindShield is based on research on trauma and mind-body connection to create this unique intervention, including research from the University of Utah.  The impact of and the effects of the pandemic on mental health in our society are being felt by all. MindShield is evidence-based, and is an easy to use, user-friendly, practical intervention for any individual/group to master their stress response and remain centered in the face of feeling overwhelmed.
