RESEARCH

MindShield takes is based on research on trauma and mind-body connection to create this unique intervention, including research from the University of Utah.  The impact of and the effects of the pandemic on mental health in our society are bein g felt by all. Mindshield is evidence-based, and is an easy to use, user-friendly, practical intervention for any individual/group to master their stress response and remain centered in the face of overwhelm.
