The team take great pride in the mission of transmitting MindShield to the ones in need anytime, anywhere using up-to-date teaching, methodology and technologies. We want to help organizations help develop a healthy and positive culture for their employees and collaborators. 


Isabelle Stavras

Executive Operations Officer

Isabelle has a master’s in clinical counseling from Webster University and has worked in mental health and substance abuse for over 10 years: she has received training in both Switzerland and the US and worked in variety of Clinical settings. Prior to her involvement in Mental Health, Isabelle received a master’s from Geneva University, in social and political philosophy and she has a master degree in Business Creation  from the University of Utah. She worked in Switzerland and Greece for several start-ups and projects, focusing on marketing.

Isabelle now combines and develops her eclectic skills and life experiences into MindShield and TrueNorth Behavioral Health. She strongly believes that a synergy between new technologies and ongoing research in mental health care can be a key component in people’s wellness.


Sophie Archibald

Clinical Director

Sophie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in Integrated Existential Humanistic psychotherapy through a holistic approach. She has a Masters of Social Work from the University of Utah and enrolled in a PhD. program with the focus in Mind-Body Medicine at Saybrook University.
Sophie is the founder of the Center for Integrative and Holistic Counseling where she supports clients and families from a variety of background and cultures. Some of the modalities she uses include EMDR, MCBT, Motivational Interviewing, and other Mindfulness based somatic approaches like MindShield. 
Originally, from France, Sophie moved to United-States in 1997, and lives in Utah with her husband and two children. She enjoys music, poetry, dancing, nature, philosophy, connecting with people from all around the world from different spiritual and faith traditions.

Luann Elliot

MindShield Trainer

Luann is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Utah State University. She received training at the Anxiety and OCD Treatment Center in Bountiful, providing intensive client treatment for anxiety and related disorders.
Prior to her career as a therapist, Luann worked as an Assertive Communications Instructor at Ogden/Weber Applied Technology College, where she offered counseling services and workshops on interpersonal skills, self-esteem, and career planning for women entering the workforce. She has been invited to lecture on these topics as a guest speaker for various organizations and private firms including the Marriott Corporation.
Luann spent nearly decade as the Director of Child Nutrition Programs for the Utah State Office of Education, where she oversaw initiatives focused on how nutritional health is crucial to an individual’s thriving. She is also a certified yoga instructor internationally registered with Yoga Alliance RYT. Luann’s background in nutrition and yoga allows her to integrate holistic, mind-body approaches to wellness into her practice.


Rich Landward

MindShield Creator & Trainer

Rich Landward LCSW, MPA, MBB, LDI is currently an assistant professor/lecturer in the College of Social Work at the University of Utah. He specializes in using Mind Body Bridging and Mind Shield to treat post traumatic stress, anxiety and substance use in children, adolescents, and adults. Rich received his master’s degrees in social work and public administration from the University of Utah. Prior to teaching full time, Rich worked for the Veterans Administration Medical Center treating combat veterans with post traumatic stress disorder and chronic behavioral health issues. He has also worked in highly impacted schools in Midvale, Utah implementing comprehensive school-based mental health programs to support students and families impacted by poverty and trauma. For the last 5 years, Rich has been training fire fighters in Salt Lake City, West Jordan, Logan, Provo and St. George to train fire fighters and families on how to use Mind Shield techniques to treat Brain Burn experiences.


Andrew Sidoli

Chief Executive Officer

Andrew’s extensive 20-year background in a multitude of Chemical Dependency and Mental Health settings has shaped his firm belief in the human strength and resiliency and his passion for working with this population; he is committed to helping individuals and families achieve change and reach their potential. His education includes a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of New Mexico in Child Development and Family Studies, and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University.

As a Certified Addiction Counselor, and Clinical Social Worker, steeped in Psychodynamic and Attachment training, he compliments his therapeutic skills as an EMDR practitioner. He brings a holistic approach to his work and is passionate about Body and Mind integration.

Andrew has an extensive experience working with Behavioral Health and understand the multiple levels for a successful organization as a therapist but also as Chief Clinical Officer. He holds a Master in Business creation from the University of Utah.
